Our Commitment to Excellence: What to Expect from Shepherdscake
At Shepherdscakes, we pride ourselves on integrity, quality, and the unique artistry we bring to every celebration. To ensure the best experience for our clients, here are a few things we do not do:
- No Copying Designs: We respect the work of other artists and copyright laws. While we can use inspiration images to understand your vision, we will not create exact replicas of another baker's design. We prefer to give you a unique masterpiece
- No Orders Without Commitment: Work on your custom creation begins the moment you book. Therefore, we require a 75% non-refundable deposit (or full payment) to secure your date. While deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable to a future order should your plans change.
- No Unpaid Balances: For wedding cakes, the final balance must be settled at least 3 weeks prior to the big day. For all other occasions, full payment is required before the order is finalised.
- No Compromise on Quality: We never substitute premium ingredients for cheaper alternatives. Our focus is as much on the exquisite taste and flavour of our cakes as it is on their stunning.
